Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Pakistan)
We currently ship orders within Pakistan only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan)
- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your city or region.
- Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over Rs. 5,000.
- For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us that includes a tracking number or tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@hellomaren.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages & Issues
Marèn is committed to quality. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@hellomaren.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
